Nelson Piquet Jr. won the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Michigan International Speedway, stretching fuel to the end to beat Jason White by a comfortable margin.

It’s the first Truck victory for Piquet in 42 career starts. Dakoda Armstrong was third Saturday.

Piquet was coming off a third-place finish at Pocono two weeks ago. He won the pole for that race and started second behind Joey Coulter on Saturday. Coulter finished seventh.
